ETHICAL LUXURY
Ethical Luxury Defined
Ethical luxury is the concept of high-end products and services that integrate ethical practices into their production and operation. This involves a commitment to sustainability, fair labor practices, transparency, animal welfare, and social responsibility while maintaining the quality and exclusivity associated with luxury goods. Ethical luxury aims to provide consumers with premium experiences and products that align with their values, contributing positively to society and the environment.
SOCIAL ETHICS - How we Practice
Due to the nature of our business, we constantly assess ourselves to cut the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
Our supply chains are intentionally quite limited and we procure goods and services from a restricted and traceable pipeline of UK and overseas suppliers, through frameworks complying fully with the rule of law.
Our goal is to nurture and grow an inclusive global community with shared values that consistently strive to build a better future for people and the planet.
ENVIRONMENTAL ETHICS - How we Practice
All pieces we use to create our shoes are considered for their independent and collective impact on people and the planet. Each item used in production is vetted and their following attributes recorded to maintain a high level of supply chain transparency for the purposes to lessen our impact on our environment, this includes but is not limited to: what the pieces we use are made of, how we can reuse this material– where are they from, how far have they travelled, what is the company history, what are the company values, what is their supply chain transparency. These examples of key questions are to facilitate our circular economy model to prevent waste, reduce carbon emissions, reuse materials, and make products that last.
We are all pieces of each other and together we can evolve sustainably.
